Exhibition Stand Build and Installation
Smooth
Seamless
Outstanding
Depending on the project our joiners will normally take lead, when it comes to manufacturing, and coordinate with our decorators and electricians the point at which they are to start adding value to the build. Together they interpret the requirements and constraints of the design and systematically bring exhibition stands, retail and interior spaces to life.
All trades fuse together at our workshop to create “an outstanding final product”.
To ensure a smooth and seamless transition from manufacturing to fitting, we insist that the same team involved during the build phase is also part of the installation crew… After all, it is for them a badge of honour to see the final product and experience first hand the reactions from our customers.
Exhibition Delivery
01EX has the ability and experience to handle the logistics & installation of your retail display, interior space and exhibition stand no matter where the fitting is to take place, in the UK or at international venues worldwide. To ensure that your experience is as stress free as possible, we keep and maintain our fleet of vehicles, from pick-up trucks and vans to large branded lorries.
This helps us provide the most cost-effective transport arrangements for our clients, while ensuring reliability, care and considerate handling of all items during their journey. We also have, over the years, built a network of reliable suppliers to assist us with items beyond the capacity of our vehicles and at oversea locations.
When applicable, we take just as much care transporting all items after the exhibition or event.
They will be either carried back to your designated address or, if you are using our secure storage service, we will pack away and transport your custom-built elements to our premises until you are ready to take part in the next event. We will also be mindful of disposing those elements no longer needed by recycling them when possible. We aim to finish exhibition projects before a show starts, plan and look at upcoming events to avoid being behind schedule.

The exhibition stand design process involves several key stages, starting with an initial consultation to understand brand, goals, and budget. Then, it is followed by conceptual development, where our designers create sketches and 3D renderings to visualize the stand’s layout, theme, and features.
Once a design is agreed upon, detailed planning includes selecting materials, finalizing graphics, and ensuring compliance with event regulations. The process also includes logistical planning for transport, installation, and dismantling, as well as any necessary on-site services.

Yes, you can re-use your exhibition stand, especially if it is designed with modularity and durability in mind. Re-using stands can be cost-effective and environmentally friendly. However, you may need to update graphics and components to reflect new branding or messaging for different events. Proper storage, maintenance, and occasional refurbishments can help extend the lifespan of your stand, ensuring it remains in good condition.
